Link Status and Health Column
First, let’s go over what the Status column is, and how you can use it to its full potential.
Once you add a link as an opportunity, you have a few options to choose from when it comes to a link’s status.

Requested
-
Pending
-
Confirmed
Once you add a link into Base, you need to select one of the following options, in accordance with the current status of your link. If it’s only an opportunity, i.e you are collecting link building opportunities, you should probably start off with the OP status.
Once you reach out and request from someone that your link is posted to their website, you can easily change the status in the Search tab.
The next step is for when you have made an arrangement for your link with a client, and while you are waiting for it to become live, you can move on to the pending status.
Finally, your link is published and the status can be changed to confirmed.
Please note: Once you change your link's status, you are not able to change it to the previous status from the Search tab. You are able to do so through the Edit link option.
Let’s move on to Link’s Health Status column.
It can be found in the Search tab, under the letter H column:
There are four types of health statuses.

This is the status of every link as soon as you add it to Base. It will remain not confirmed as long as its status is either Opportunity, Pending or Requested. |
The status changes to one of the following as soon as you change its status to Confirmed:

Your link is live on the website, and it is in good health. |
|
 |
Your link is live on the website, however, Google will not consider this link when ranking your website. |
|
 |
Your link is not live on its designated website, and it is not meeting any targets. |
